About Us

Construction SiteCommercial Construction Services Inc. (CCSinc) was formed in 2007. Specializing in medium scale commercial building projects in and through all phases of construction, CCSinc performs new construction, building renovations, special unique construction, all phases of mechanical construction, design-build, as well as the provision and installation of pre-engineered buildings.

CCSinc is actively involved in the design, development and construction of private and public commercial buildings. CCSinc provides clients with a full spectrum of construction services, from the initial programming and design, through the construction phase to project close out. Our process is designed to ensure quality assurance and safety throughout each phase of the project. CCSinc lends its experience, understanding of construction cost and constructability issues, and knowledge of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) practices to ensure the greatest value to the Owner. CCSinc also provides plant and building maintenance services to assist clients with the sustainable operation of their facility. At CCSinc, we build relationships as well as buildings.

CCSinc employs a quality team of estimators, project managers, superintendents and job foremen with a full complement of skilled craftsmen. Employees are cross-trained to enable every phase of the construction project to be completed with the greatest of efficiency. CCSinc will commit to provide the necessary resources to successfully complete all construction projects regardless of size or location. We are interested in all construction projects and give assurance that each job receives individual care from the start of the project to its final completion.

The safety of CCSinc employees and subcontractors is of the utmost importance. With the assistance of a safety officer from a major insurance company, CCSinc established a written safety plan, which was subsequently approved by the Los Alamos National Laboratory. The safety plan is revised as necessary to accommodate changes to the scope of work. In addition to undergoing a 10 hour OSHA Compliant Safety Training, and other training as applicable for the project, each field supervisor is trained in Adult First Aid and CPR, and is required to renew certification on an annual basis.
